AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND LIABILITY WAIVER - I understand that Kat Macchi LLC is serving solely as a host responsible for the organization  and booking of hotels, tours and domestic transportation within the designated host country. Each client is responsible for booking and paying for international flight to and from host country and that such international travel to and from host country is not included in the trip price provided by Kat Macchi LLC.

The tours and domestic transportation services within the host country will be supplied through services independent of Kat Macchi LLC and have been selected by Kat Macchi LLC. These third party suppliers of tours and domestic transportation within the host country are those who are actually responsible for providing the tour and transportation services each client purchases. Each client must consent to and request the use of those third-party supplier in coordination with the hosting provided by Kat Macchi LLC, and agree not to hold Kat Macchi LLC nor Kat Macchi, individually, liable and/or responsible should Kat Macchi LLC nor Kat Macchi, and/or any of these suppliers:

1. Fail to provide the travel services the client purchases;
2. Fail to comply with any applicable law; and/or
3. Engage in any negligent act or omission that causes the client any sort of injury, damage, delay or inconvenience. 

Kat Macchi LLC nor Kat Macchi, individually, shall not be held responsible and/or liable for any injury, illness, damage or loss the client may suffer on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond reasonable control of Kat Macchi LLC or Kat Macchi. 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REGULATIONS - The Transportation Security Association (TSA) requires each individual to carry a government issued identification card in order to board a flight. The name, date of birth and gender that appears on the identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on the client's airline ticket and in their booking records. On October 1, 2020 travelers will need a "REAL ID-compliant" drivers license, US passport, US military ID or other accepted identification to fly within the United States. If traveling internationally, the client must have a valid passport and depending on the client's destination and nationality, the client may need to obtain one or more visas. Passport and visa information for U.S. citizens may be obtained by contacting the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department or by visiting the State Department's website. Non-U.S. passport holders should be sure to contact the embassies of their destination and transit countries to obtain entrance requirements. It is each client's sole responsibility to obtain medical information to determine any medical restrictions and/or vaccinations that may be required for individual travel. 

Travel documents must be reviewed for accuracy upon receipt and confirmed that all travel documents are accurate. 

PAYMENT INFORMATION - All fees paid to Kat Macchi LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances outside of the control of Kat Macchi LLC, a make-up trip will be guaranteed by Kat Macchi LLC within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed two (2) years, depending on current global and/or domestic travel restrictions. If a makeup trip must be scheduled, travel fees for tours and accommodations may change depending on travel dates and the client is fully responsible for any difference in costs that may arise due to rescheduling. 

Discounted fares typically involve restrictions and changing any aspect of travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. 

It is advised that clients use a credit card, as this may offer the opportunity to dispute any charge individually paid to the actual supplier and/or vendor of such services should a supplier or vendor cease operating or cancel the purchased service. 

Airline tickets, air tours and/or other products purchased are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. 

The client may be charged additional sums by Kat Macchi LLC to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. 

TRAVEL INSURANCE - The client is advised to purchase travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and/or the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.
